stress reducing technique

Listening to soothing noises of rain, waves, birds or even soft music can help in stress reduction. While using this technique put your problems to the back of your mind and simply focus on enjoying the moment and relaxing your body and mind. This reduces the built up tension and clears the mind.

Deep breathing is yet another stress reducing technique that works well in any situation. By simply becoming aware about how you are breathing, exhaling deeply, holding your breath for five counts and then release it helps reduce the heart rate and keeps your feelings collected.
