Migraine causes

Migraines are severe headaches that one can experience on one side of the head. The headache is accompanied by symptoms such as vomiting and nausea that generally cause distress. The exact cause of migraines is unclear, but medical experts believe that changes in the size of blood vessels and the levels of neurotransmitters in the brain are among prominent migraine causes. There are other causes of migraines as well, such as stress, tiredness, dehydration, and having meals at irregular intervals. Some people can also get migraines due to certain foods such as cheese, chocolate, and drinks like alcohol, tea and coffee.
